REDISCOVERING THE ART OF SINGING
The Singers Space was started by Michael Thomas Freeman to get back to teaching singing as an art form and not a science.
Both our masterclasses and private lessons offer an exclusive opportunity for aspiring musical theatre performers, pop singers and general singing enthusiasts to benefit from the experience and advice of some of the best singers in the business.
We have made huge strides forward in understanding the physiological responses in the body when we sing but now singing has become too mechanical. As performers we need to excite people when we sing, this is how true stars are born!
OUR GUEST STARS
Each participant will sing a song of their own choice and our stars will work with them to provide individual feedback on their performance and technique. This will help to develop strong delivery and acting through song skills which are essential in all auditions, drawing upon each guest stars own successful career and performance experience.
The masterclass will conclude with a Q&A session and photo opportunity.
Each masterclass will also include a performance by our guest star.
There is also an opportunity to watch the workshop without performing as a limited number of audience tickets will be available. Audience members will be able to participate In the Q&A session and take photos with our stars at the end.
PRIVATE VOICE LESSONS
Like our masterclasses, our private lessons stay true to the philosophy of teaching Singing as an art form and not a science. Also like our masterclasses, our teachers are performers themselves and know the realities of what it takes to sing in high pressure situations.
Our teachers are industry leaders in their chosen field offering Singing Lessons, Acting Through Song, and Audition Preparation.
